The picture says it all!

This is a picture mama took Sunday Evening as we "chatted"! Kelly (the one without the hat!), was so much fun! Kelly is a blogging friend and this was our first get together. Check Kelly's blog. You can link here in this post or just go to my blog roll. We talked and laughed - and amazingly no one cried. We were very comfortable and I think we talked like we were old friends! She is sweet, very kind, and well trained by her hub just like mama was by her hub!
We visited for almost two hours and then sadly we had to depart. Please pray for Kelly and her hub ! They are having to move and need to find a place to live shortly!

They are a young couple who are involved in ministry - they trust their Savior and Lord completely. Please put them on your prayer list.

Does this new blog mean you are home. I got out of your house just in time. (Big grin)

I'm glad you had fun with Kelly and her husband. I will put them on my prayer list.

Tam - Oh yea! She is about 5'7" me, I am 5'"5" ! But I am so sweet!

Robin - it is great to meet a blogger, Kelly is a very special lady. She really is on fire for God.

Daizy - you forgot to do my laundry while you were here!

Ric - It is a real high when that "blogger" makes first eye contact with you - very cool!

This makes me smile so much!! :D It gives me great hope that one day there will be a picture of us! :D

I love you guys so much! I was just telling Jake today that I feel like I miss you guys as much as I miss my family back home, and yet we've not had a real face to face besides that one video chat. Love you so much!

How awesome! So glad you all had a great time!

And glad you made it back safe and (somewhat?) sound!

You may need to plan on just staying on the road so you can meet everyone on your list! LOL!

Kelly - I think your hub has total control! ha! I honestly like the way you both interacted together - We love you both!

Crossview - Gas costs too much to stay on the road. Paid $4.17 per gallon one tankful.

Janis - always good to be home - hope all is well with you. We had a great time!

What a great time! This 'blog' thing is funny isn't it? By the time you meet someone in person, you already know them! How weird and wonderful!

Love and Blessing to you and mama!

Heather - It seems that I knew both Crossfire and Kelly before they walked in the door! but seeing is very special - it reinforces what you already know!

So, exactly how many bloggers have you met??? My kids are so suspicious and think that maybe my blogger friends are really deranged people living in their parents basements using fake identities. Seriously, how very sweet to meet like-minded people, people who love the Lord and are not afraid to say so. Maybe someday we will meet too :)

I have met two - so far, neither have been seriously deranged! fortunately, the Postal Service took my picture down just before blogging. Which was good, it would not have made a very good avatar!

LA - both encounters have been wonderful - Crossview and Kelly. Our first meeting was at a restaurant, quite nuetral and safe. I think that is a wise way to do it if you have concerns. Plus it was not a one on one encounter either.

HOpe all is well for you and mama...and I am sure that you are seeing God in somethings around you, I would love to hear some boasting in the Lord! Can you help me out?
