Crossview - from mid April thru November the weather is great! No high humidity or nasty heat - you can actually come outside! WE lived in a coastal state for five years and hated the summers. So now we have the best of both.

I can totally see why you spend summers there! I never seen so much snow, until I moved to Iowa. Living in Washington State I only seen rain, sometimes snow. Of course, this year they got pounded by snow. My dad said he wanted to move to Iowa to get away from the snow. he,he. But that is alot of snow, I am glad we just have the cold right now and not the snow. Tanya

Those are better than the pictures I posted on my blog this morning...Weary of Winter White! I so envy those of you who can escape. I do okay through December and part of January, but as February approaches...I have HAD ENOUGH!!

I'm trying to chip the ice off our front steps. I've been working all afternoon on it...in spurts. It's not coming off very easy, even with a sharp edge sledge hammer. And it's 7 degrees wind-chill out right now. Actually doesn't feel too cold when you're swinging a sledge hammer!

Should see Sherry down there soon!

I have a question - why would you want to leave all that snow? It's a beautiful excuse to stay inside and cuddle up with someone you love. heh-heh

Tam - I was sure you would understand. That kind of weather really messes up the beach!

Carol - brrr - make sure my driveway is clear! HA!

LA - papa needs no excuse to cuddle - he he! Mama is very cooperative, snow, rain or shine! LOL

That snow is unreal... I wish it could be bottle up (some) and brought to me here in North Florida, just so I could see my GRANDbabies makes snowangels.

Edwina - when we go back to MI in April I will send you back any snow we have! I don't even want it in northern FL right now! LOL
