Back in the saddle again!

Well I was back in the saddle again - today, Friday! We were going to go see our new grand daughter today - but kids are having a "sleep over" and birthday party so we will go tomorrow - sooooo, I took Amos for a ride today. I wondered after 4 months if he would remember me - he did. I called his name and he picked up his head over a 100 yards from me - looked, and then trotted to me! Horses never forget!

Last night I prayed for many of you by name, you didn't hear me, but God did. And, He remembers your names. God never forgets!

How awesome that God hears our prayers. Thank you for praying for me, if I was one of them.
Glad Amos remembered you. That must have been a neat feeling. Probably for him also.
Blessings dear one!

OH..that gives me SUCH encouragement...because of the economy I had to stop leasing my SweetPea...I've not seen her in three months...I wondered if she'd remember me... I am going back to see her since you said horses never forget. The lady who owns her said I could come visit at any time... I miss her....

JBR - God listens1 He always does! I admit, I like it when Amos listens as well! Now I just need to work on mama! LOL

Deb - Thats sad! No Sweet Pea !! I love my horse - today I took a minor spill off my horse - he stumbled and went to his knees and then went completely down. I tumble saulted trying to clear the saddle. All ended well.

So glad you guys arrived safely and Amos didn't forget. Animals are amazing creatures. We're blessed with two cats and two dogs...but sadly, no horses...not yet, anyway.

Good to know y'all made it safely back to Michigan.

Michelle - we are blessed to have two places to call home!:o) I guess MI is our real home, this is our roots.

Crossview - We always thank God for the safe trip. The trip went great with no problems.

You got back up to Michigan without stopping in ATlanta. I was sick last week. Did you travel then? I thank you for praying for me if I was one of the names you called. My family certainly has needed your prayers lately. love you guys.

Trish - we didn't stop at all other than gas, rest areas and at night. We were anxious to get back home - we did the trip in two days rather than three. Grand daughter was waiting to pretty up papa! LOL
