Woke up this morning to fresh snow! Not good! at least the deer are starting to move around.
I have been gone the last four days. Mama let Papa go to Equine Affaire at Columbus, Ohio. Lots of horses, clinics and walking. Got back Sunday afternoon.
Hope this latest snow fall disappears quickly - the snow plow just went by! Brrrr! Papa is too old for this!

So that's where you disappeared to!
I told you you should have stayed in Florida. Men! They never listen!
Looks like deer hunting would be easy.....
Yep, saw some of the greatest horse work ever!
Men???!!! Mama was the one who pushed to come home early - something about a new grand child to see!
Tell your hub that the deer have a tough time getting away!
So nice of you to "allow" mama to attend the horsey show. You are all heart. Don't you just love Ohio!!!
Hmmmm! That deer picture looks an awful lot like one I received from a friend earlier this winter who said she saw them out her window in Ohio.....beautiful Ohio.
We will be heading for Ohio Wednesday morning. I hope all that snow is melted by the time we get home! Ahhhh! Ohio!!! Sounds so good!
Janis
Janis - hopefully the snow will go - soon! Have a safe trip home!
OHHHH Papa I am so sorry!!! Time for hot chocolate?
xxox,
R
Roxx - I'd love to sit & chat with a cup of hot chocolate!!
*Ahem* Who drove? ;o)
Totally understand Papa, we were alotted to get snow this weekend. It rained with snow mix, but the wind has been strong and fierce. I am so hoping for some wonderful day, so I can do some yard work. Love the pictures of the deer. Love Tanya
Tanya - yard work is still a couple of weeks away.
Crossview - actually mama drove lots this trip home. The first day, maybe even more than I did. She was driving when we pulled in the driveway. I love to have her drive!
warm weather is coming!! I promise! love you, and hope all is going well..other than you get cold when you look out the window. :)
Give Mama a big hug for me!! yes then you can collect one from her from me!
Darla - that warm weather better hurry - I am running out of hot chocolate!!
What can I say, but...
WELCOME HOME!!! And, at this writing, the snow is almost all gone. It was a heavy one, lots of branches down around the campgrounds, but no damage that I can see. So glad Papa didn't have to miss what we've had the whole winter!!
Papa, at least you won't have to worry about mowing the lawn.
Hope you enjoyed the horse event. Did you bring Amos? :)
Ed - no lawn mowing for awhile - No, Amos did not get to go,it was an educational trip for me.
My Spartans had a tough one last night - better luck next year.
Carol - Snow - not what I was looking forward to! Its nice to be home!
Oh, my! Maybe y'all shouldn't head back to MI until late April next year. When do y'all usually have your last snow?
I don't know how you do it, especially with the hot chocolate running low!
Michelle - that new grand child brought us home earlier than usual. Last year we waited until the end of April and missed the snow. Hot chocolate still ok.
All I can say is, Brrrrrrrrrr
JBR - it is jut too cold - more snow flurries today!
Oh no.....more fluries......
Bundle up!
JBR - today, Wednesday, much nicer, high 52 and mama plans to put the wash out on the lines.
Oh my! Did you take that picture? That's something else!
Annie - I did not take the picture - LOL - not quite that much snow here!
